The children showcased their incredible talents with two absolutely amazing collective performances yesterday morning and evening. The boys and girls really got into character, demonstrating fabulous facial expressions and dramatic actions with beautiful solo and group singing. I’m sure everyone that had the pleasure of witnessing the children on stage will agree that the overall performance was captivating. A massive congratulations to the children; they really put their best foot forward. I want to thank our wonderful caring and dedicated staff who day by day go over and above to ensure the children fulfil their potential and they certainly accomplished that yesterday. Thanks to Niamh our drama teacher specialist for overseeing and directing the Christmas shows. They were a resounding success. Thanks to everyone involved in setting up our stage, sound system, lights, chairs and backdrop. Thank you to the parents/guardians and broader community for your continued support; your attendance at yesterday's performances made it a special, memorable occasion for the children. I want to express my sincere gratitude to all the local businesses and individuals who so generously donated fabulous prizes. Thank you to everyone who bought tickets. A grand total of £2018 was raised from our raffle. Finally, I would like to wish everyone in our school community a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Blessed New Year. We look forward to welcoming the children back to school on Monday 8th January 2024.
