We were delighted to have access and use of Aghaloo GFC pitches. A magnificent space to hold our Sports Day. Thankfully, we were blessed with good weather; the children had great fun in the morning, enjoying multiple different events before completing the class sprint races in the afternoon. Special thanks to Mr McAleer and Mr McFadden for organising and setting up the events.
Thank you to all the parents and guardians for coming to support and encourage the boys and girls. Your presence at our school sports day really added to the occasion. It was great to see so many parents/guardians getting into the spirit of the day, continuing the school tradition of the parent sprint races.
I would also like to thank Daly’s Supervalu Aughnacloy who generously donated a goody bag full of treats for every child in the school. Very much appreciated!
