Today the pupils in the P6/P7 class went on a class trip to the Armagh Planetarium as part of their current world around us topic of ‘Space’. The boys and girls learnt lots during the trip about space, the various planets, the international space station, our galaxy and the universe. The pupils were taken on an interactive tour of our solar system and they also made rockets and tested them. Also the pupils seen real life meteorites which was truly amazing. A fantastic day was had by all.
