Today Mr Slane visited our school as part of our link up with our contact school in Shanghai. Mr Slane who teaches in Shanghai was able to answer all the pupils’ questions about education in China as well as what it is like to live in China. The pupils learnt so much and they had great fun learning all about Mr Slane’s School in Shanghai. Mr Slane also detailed scheduled work which is planned for the remainder of the school year in terms of linking up with his school in Shanghai which the pupils are immensely looking forward to. A massive thank you goes to Mr Slane for joining us in school today and a huge thank you goes to all the pupils for their enthusiasm. As well as this a huge thank you also goes to the school Eco Committee who are continually working on ensuring global perspective work is at the forefront of our school daily life as it is a part of our Eco School work for the current two year cycle.
