Our very own Darragh Kelly could well be the next masterchef. The boys and girls in St Mary's recently took part in a Create Your Own Sausage competition, organised by Montgomery Food Consulting Ltd. This was the Clogher Valley heat and Darragh's sausage came second. The ingredients of his sausage were pepperoni, bacon, cheese and red onion. The sausage is called the 'Aughalegend' and is available to buy in Wayne Morrow's butchers shop in the town.
