Today the pupils from P1 to P4 along with the school’s Eco Committee took part in a fantastic workshop with Mark and Yvonne. The pupils learnt about planting trees and tree identification. The pupils received the opportunity to plant oak trees around the school grounds as well as planting acorns. The pupils also learnt about native trees which would add to our existing school eco system. Mark and Yvonne will be in contact with the school next week to arrange a date for completing this workshop with the KS2 pupils. A huge thank you goes to all the pupils as well as Mark and Yvonne for sharing their expertise and leading today’s workshop. Another massive thank you goes to Farran’s Construction for providing the school with high visibility vests which will be used by the school for years to come.
