P3 and P4 children had a wonderful day baking bread as part of their topic. They all had a turn mixing the dry ingredients, adding the yeast and then kneading the dough before resting it. However, the best part of the day was tasting the delicious loaf. Many thanks to Mrs Hagan for teaching us some culinary skills.
