Yesterday, the pupils in P5, 6 and 7 took part in the Action Mental Health 'My Healthy Me' Workshop. The children learned how to identify different emotions as well as some techniques they can use to regulate their emotions and relax. Everyone had lots of fun learning through exciting games and activities. All the children should be commended for their fantastic enthusiasm and listening throughout the workshop. Well done everyone!
